Orders for products available in our online store can be shipped to any country worldwide.


What is the cost of postage for orders?
Shipping cost depends on the weight of the order and the appropriate delivery destination. The total postage will be calculated automatically when placing  your order at the online store. The shipping cost is free for orders delivered in  Portugal Continental in the year of launch site.


What is the delivery time for an order?
In general, an order takes 2-3 days to be delivered in Portugal Continental, 5-7 days in other destinations after receipt of payment.


What are the accepted payment methods?

Yes, all prices include VAT.


What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If, upon delivery, verify that your order is damaged, it must return immediately to the transport company, properly explain the reason for returning the consignment and immediately notify the D'Ar Saúde.
